Your Comestibles Coordinator is onsite to manage every aspect of the event experience, discretely and dependably.

We take care of every small detail that could impact your event including the legal, safety and administrative requirements of the service of alcohol.

We take time to research the marketplace for subcontracted services. Our Events teams assess product availability and the appropriateness of subcontractors. We actively manage and take responsibility for all subcontractors, managing the transportation of goods and services to and from the site, including creating and managing schedules.

Our event organisers coordinate entertainment and copyright licensing for your function in Perth. We also ensure that the entertainers are ready and on schedule, and we take responsibility for all lighting, audio/visual, staging and site power.

We manage site-related services, including onsite assessment, venue hire, sitemaps, council permits, security, licensing, management of structural aspects (e.g. avoidance of underground services), site restoration, environmental impact, noise management and public hygiene services. Comestibles are equipped to provide everything your occasion requires on-site: all electrical equipment, from generators to cables and transformers.

Comestibles have robust risk management procedures. We analyse and assess risks associated with the event and implement a management process to deal with possible outcomes including evacuation plans, first aid and fire safety.
